The full name of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing is Electro Magnetic Compatibility, which refers to the comprehensive evaluation of the interference level (EMI) and anti-interference ability (EMS) of electronic products in electromagnetic fields. It is one of the important indicators of product quality. The measurement of EMC is composed of testing sites and testing instruments. At present, major advanced countries around the world have mandatory requirements for electromagnetic interference (EMI) generated during the operation of goods or for having appropriate electromagnetic anti-interference capabilities (EMS) in order to protect wireless communication and computer information control appropriately. For example, FCC in the United States, VCCI in Japan, C-Tick in Australia, CE Mark in Europe, BSMI in Taiwan, and CCC in China. Electronic information products that are about to enter the domestic market must go through application and testing before they can be imported and legally sold.
