1. Europe: ERP: Compact Fluorescent Lamp (CFL)/Halogen Lamp/Incandescent Lamp/Non directional LED Lamp/Double ended Fluorescent Lamp (T5, T8, etc.)/Single ended Fluorescent Lamp/High intensity Gas Discharge Lamp (High pressure Sodium Lamp, Metal Halide Lamp, etc.)/Ballast Lamp. Directional lights, light-emitting diode lights (LEDs), devices designed and installed between power sources and lights, including light controllers, control devices, and fixtures (except for ballasts and fixtures for fluorescent lamps and high-intensity discharge lamps)
Regulation No. 1275/2008 Ecological Design Requirements for Standby and Shutdown Power Consumption of Household and Office Electronic and Electrical Equipment
Regulation No. 245/2009 Ecological design requirements for fluorescent lamps without integrated ballasts, high-intensity gas discharge lamps, and ballasts for their operation
Regulation No. 245/2009 Ecological design requirements for fluorescent lamps without integrated ballasts, high-intensity gas discharge lamps, and ballasts for their operation
2. China: China Energy Efficiency Labeling: ballasts for tubular fluorescent lamps, double ended fluorescent lamps for general lighting, self ballasted fluorescent lamps for general lighting, single ended fluorescent lamps, ballasts for high-pressure sodium lamps, metal halide lamps, and metal halide lamp ballasts.
3. Hong Kong, China: Hong Kong Energy Efficiency Label: Compact fluorescent lamps, air conditioners, refrigeration appliances, washing machines, dehumidifiers, etc
4. United States: Energy Star: fluorescent lamps, lighting fixtures, decorative light strings, LED lighting fixtures, power adapters, switch power supplies, ceiling fan lights, consumer audiovisual products, battery charging devices, printers, household appliances, and various other products.
The Energy Star logo has four types:
● Promotional Mark: Used in brochures, media, and advertising as a public education activity;
Certification Mark: The certification mark serves as a label for products, newly constructed houses, and buildings that meet the requirements of the Energy Star;
Linkage Phrase Mark: used in advertisements and notices to indicate that the products or services sold by the company have reached the level of "Energy Star";
Partnership Mark: Used to promote the organization's commitment and partnership with Energy Star.
5. United States: California CEC certification: electronic ballasts, metal halide lamp ballasts, fluorescent lamps, lighting fixtures, and other products.
CEC stands for California Energy Commission, whose responsibility is to steer the energy market towards healthy competition. The California Appliance Efficiency Regul ation, implemented by the organization since 1976, is the only mandatory energy-saving regulation in the United States that can influence non-governmental consumption behavior and has played an important role in reducing energy consumption.
This regulation stipulates that electrical products sold in California, USA must first comply with equipment energy efficiency regulations. The regulation specifies energy efficiency index requirements, measurement methods, and phased implementation plans for 58 types of electrical products. According to the regulations, electrical products must be tested by qualified laboratories in accordance with relevant US regulations or standards to prove compliance before they can be sold in California, USA.
If controlled products such as Power Supply are to be sold within California, USA, they must obtain CEC certification. If they cannot meet the requirements of the new specification CEC-400-2009-013 for device application, they are strictly prohibited from being sold in California, USA.
6. Australia: GEMS: energy-saving lamps, linear fluorescent lamps, ballasts, power adapters, refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, single horsepower air conditioners, etc.
After MEPS was changed to GEMS, the original regulatory authorities in various states of Australia no longer accept registration and will register under the Australian GEMS Regulator.
Note: If the customer is a New Zealand customer, they can register with the New Zealand Regulator without registration fees. After registration, the product can also be sold in Australia, but it must be imported to New Zealand before being exported to Australia.
7. South Korea: MEPS: incandescent light bulbs, fluorescent lamps, fluorescent lamp rectifiers, compact fluorescent lamps (CFLs), three-phase asynchronous motors, household gas stoves and cars, refrigerators, freezers, kimchi refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, dishwashers, hot and cold water dispensers, rice cookers, vacuum cleaners, electric fans, air purifiers, etc
The Ministry of Knowledge Economy has implemented the Minimum Energy Performance Standards (MEPS) based on energy efficiency labeling and standard regulations since 1992. Starting from January 1, 2009, adapters (including all AC to AC and AC to DC adapters) and mobile phone chargers that need to be sold in the Korean market must obtain EK certification and energy efficiency certification.
8. UK: EST certification: CFL energy-saving lamps, LED lamps, fluorescent tubes, metal halide lamps
9. Internationality: ELI certification: Self ballasted fluorescent lamps (CFL)/double ended lamps/fluorescent lamp ballasts, etc

10. China Energy Conservation Certification
In order to save energy, protect the environment, and effectively carry out the certification of energy-saving products, China formulated the "Management Measures for Energy saving Product Certification" in September 2004. Based on relevant standards and technical requirements, the energy-saving product certification agency confirms and issues energy-saving product certification certificates and energy-saving marks to prove that a certain product is an energy-saving product. China Energy saving Product Certification is a guarantee mark (logo) that belongs to the category of product quality certification. It indicates that the energy consuming product has met the prescribed energy efficiency standards or technical requirements, but cannot indicate the degree of achievement. It usually targets products ranked in the top 20% of energy efficiency, similar to Energy Star in the United States.
The scope of energy-saving product certification covers 35 types of products, including household appliances, audio and video products, information technology equipment, lighting fixtures and their accessories, industrial equipment, and building materials. They are respectively:
Household appliances (10): household refrigerators, room air conditioners, modular room air conditioners, household electric washing machines, household microwaves, household water storage electric water heaters, household automatic rice cookers, induction cookers, range hoods, water dispensers;
Audio and video products (2): color TV broadcast receivers, DVD/VCD disc players;
Power supply product (1): external power supply;
Information technology equipment (6): computers, monitors, fax machines, copiers, digital multifunctional office equipment, printers, and print/fax all-in-one machines;
Luminaires and accessories (6): Double ended fluorescent lamps, self ballasted fluorescent lamps, single ended fluorescent lamps, tubular fluorescent lamp ballasts, ballasts for high voltage sodium bulbs, ballasts for high voltage sodium bulbs, AC electronic ballasts for high voltage sodium bulbs;
Industrial equipment (8): Power saving device - low-voltage distribution voltage regulator, power saving device - motor light load voltage regulator, AC power system wave blocker, positive displacement air compressor, power fittings, small and medium-sized three-phase AC asynchronous motors, ventilation fans, distribution transformers;
Building materials (2): polystyrene foam plastic plate, external windows of buildings.
